AV-1-300 Alarm Check Valve

The DN65, DN100, DN150 and DN200 alarm valves, model AV-1-300, are split-ring, rubber-faced flow control valves designed for use in wet fire protection systems (with automatic sprinklers). They are designed to automatically activate electrical and/or hydraulic alarms when there is a constant flow of water into the system equal to the discharge rate of one or more sprinklers.

An optional Model RC-1 Delay Chamber is required for systems subject to pressure fluctuations and is used to prevent false alarms associated with pressure fluctuations in public water supply systems.
