MV Nozzles

TYCO MV nozzles are open (non-automatic) directional nozzles designed for use in fixed water sprinkler systems for firefighting applications.

MV nozzles effectively cover exposed vertical, horizontal, curved and irregularly shaped surfaces with a cooling stream to prevent excessive heat absorption from an external fire and possible structural damage or fire spread to protected equipment.

In some applications, depending on the design requirements for water density, MV nozzles can also be used to fight or extinguish fires.

These are external deflector nozzles that discharge a uniformly filled cone of water droplets at moderate velocity.
