SITP Training Conference (Gdańsk Branch)

The FOAMAX team actively participated in the SITP training conference in Gdańsk titled “New Challenges for Foam Concentrates and Fixed and Semi-Fixed Foam Fire Suppression Systems”

During the event, we delivered two expert presentations:

    “Legal conditions for the use of fluorine-free foam concentrates in Poland in light of European Union regulations and national laws”
    “Dosing systems and system compatibility with fluorine-free foam concentrates with pseudoplastic properties – technical requirements, operational challenges, and operational risks”

and we conducted practical demonstrations:

• a small-scale fire suppression test in accordance with the Williams Fire & Hazard Control methodology, at a flow rate of 2.3 L/min, including verification of the expansion ratio using equipment compliant with EN 1568.
